The experienced lawyer should try to understand "how he thinks" and share this knowledge, as much as possible, with his fellow students and young professionals just entering the profession. One of the ways in
the indicated direction can be called the study of legal thinking using the methods of modern cognitive psychology, including in order to form effective ways of ―teaching‖ legal thinking, both already working and
just studying to become lawyers. Thus, this article attempts to identify a number of positions and developments from cognitive psychology that could find their possible application in the future for the purposes of developing an ―understanding‖ of law in the legal community, including in aspects of its
morality and unity.
