The introduction of digital technologies in the educational process at all levels of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan has taken on the nature of expansion. Significant changes have occurred in the methodological support of legal disciplines taught within the educational programs of bachelor's degree. The problems connected with methodological understanding of the structure and limits of the use of digital technologies for educational purposes in view of the digitalization of judicial proceedings, when different technical and organizational parameters used for pre-trial proceedings and administration of justice in electronic format, which do not coincide with the parameters of digital technologies used directly in the field of educational activity, require their resolution.
