The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the legal regulation of a special subject of crimes in the current criminal law, analyzes the available scientific approaches to the problem under consideration, proposes: the concept of the subject of crimes containing administrative prejudice; addition to the classification of special subjects of criminal acts available in the science of criminal law; interpretation of the mechanism of criminalization of a repeated act with signs of an administrative offense, the basis of which is the appearance of a legal characteristic of maliciousness in a repeated act.
