The Report on the first stage of the Country Program for Cooperation between Kazakhstan and the OECD (2015-2017): "Reforms in Kazakhstan: successes, tasks and prospects" indicates that corruption remains one of the most problematic areas for Kazakhstan. To rectify the situation, various measures were proposed, the implementation of which was assessed as quite possible, since in general Kazakhstan can actively develop a culture of honesty, integrity, compliance with official and business ethics. Over the past five years, there have been certain changes in anti-corruption policy. Along with this, the need for anti-corruption education has remained relevant. To develop an anti-corruption culture, it must initially be introduced by teaching appropriate courses in universities in which future managers of the highest qualifications are trained. The need to organize anti-corruption comprehensive education as a priority in the university training system is stated in the newly adopted Concept of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 (02.02.2022). This study is devoted to the consideration of possible forms of anti-corruption education in the process of university training of highly qualified specialists.
