In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, every person and citizen is guaranteed the protection of his rights and freedoms, including sexual freedom and sexual inviolability. This article touches upon the topic of crimes against sexual integrity in the Republic of Kazakhstan, given that in our country crimes against sexual integrity are increasing every year, we propose to toughen the punishment for crimes under articles 120, 121, 122, 123, 124 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
