The study carried out the development of a theoretical model for the classification of administrative procedural legal relations in the field of administrative responsibility. The study of the problem of classification of administrative legal relations gives grounds for the conclusion about the variety of approaches to this issue. Administrative procedural legal relations are characterized by common features of administrative legal relations. The theoretical model for the classification of administrative procedural legal relations is significantly enriched with a list of classification grounds. On the basis of modern doctrinal sources, the problems of defining the concept and signs of administrative procedural legal relations are updated; characteristics of the morphological structure of administrative procedural legal relations; identifying trends and patterns of development of administrative procedural legal relations in the theory of legal relations.
