The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the relevance of civil law and labor agreements with the point of view of law enforcement is always very interesting and important, as it is necessary to take into account the financial output of institutions and other features that can not be found here employees and employees were covered. This is due not only to differences in the rules for calculating taxes and contributions from payments under such contracts, but also to the different volume of guarantees provided for them. As a result, civil law contracts began to attract the deserved attention of not only taxpayers, but also regulatory authorities. However, with the overcoming of predominantly imperative methods of state regulation of labor, the issue of mutual penetration of elements of civil and labor law has acquired both new significance and a new sound.
