In the modern world, ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution and the implementation of constitutional justice is realized through the functioning of various models of constitutional justice. In this regard, the development of the system of constitutional justice (control) in the post-Soviet countries, which have a common past in state-legal development, is of great interest. Currently, in the framework of strengthening the legal guarantees of the supremacy of the Constitution, the need for a comparative legal study of the development of constitutional justice in the states of Central Asia has become more important, the analysis of the essence and trends in the transformation of the institution of constitutional control, the study of the features of the subject of constitutional justice, the specifics of the activities of subjects of constitutional justice, strengthening their role in ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution. The article is devoted to solving this research problem.
