The article deals with the issues of judicial consideration of labor disputes in the legislation, the experience of their resolution, consideration and settlement. These difficulties also arise due to the lack of judicial protection of subjects of labor law. In this regard, issues related to the procedural features of the consideration of labor disputes in court, including re-employment, remuneration of employees, liability, as well as the lack of special studies in judicial practice of individual procedural actions for the consideration of collective labor disputes, are topical.
