Abstract

The article provides for the consideration of cases on termination of employment contracts for violation of the employee's labor duties in connection with criminal acts, the definition of the features of dismissal and the analysis of judicial practice, compliance with the law and uniform application of the law. Today, the legal settlement of labor disputes in the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the most pressing issues in the field of labor relations. Thus, the procedure for resolving labor disputes in our country is an important way to protect the labor rights of workers in court.
