The article comprehensively analyzes the problem of human rights in Islam, one of the most widespread religions in the world, and the problems of social justice. The purpose of the study is to explain that Islam is the most perfect system of law that extolled human dignity while guaranteeing human rights. The social justice offered by Islam is based on morality, which fully embraces all aspects of human life. We cannot find such close attention to human rights in any other religion, even in the new modern legal systems. The deeply rooted Islamic religion viewed this issue as equal to the death of one person and the death of all mankind. When it comes to human rights, Islam, guided by basic principles, places on each person the responsibility to protect the values of life. At any time, people's rights to social security require special attention.
