The article states that termination of an employment contract in connection with the guilty actions of an employee has a wide range of freedoms with rights determined in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the norms of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The determination of the specifics of the consideration of a case on termination of an employment contract in connection with the guilty actions of an employee and the analysis of judicial practice indicate compliance with the rule of law and uniform application by courts of law, as well as the protection of socio-economic rights of citizens, such as the right to work.
