The article talks about the introduction of alternative methods of dispute resolution due to the fact that currently the legal system of Kazakhstan is at the stage of development, at the stage of active reorganization of legislation, the adoption of many new laws and the introduction of many amendments to existing ones. It will focus on identifying gaps in legislation in alternative dispute resolution methods and providing ways to eliminate them, formulating legislative proposals.

Also, a comprehensive study of the problems of organizing and applying certain types of alternative dispute resolution methods as an independent method of dispute resolution and its integration into the activities of civil jurisdiction bodies.
