The direction of Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is designed to implement the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the progressive development of the state and, in general, the entire civil society.

The problem of crime prevention plays an important role in the activities of the state, where a person, his life, rights and freedoms are the highest values. At the same time, the article discusses the need to combat this phenomenon in order to protect the high values of the state from criminal encroachments. To combat criminality, it is necessary, first of all, to prevent crimes, both on the part of the defendant himself and on the part of other persons, since the Prevention of the commission of a criminal offense is usually the most important.
