Published four times a year since 2004, the Jurisprudence series (henceforth referred to as the Journal) has the following deadlines: issue No. 1 until March 29 of the current year, issue No. 2 until June 29 of the same year, issue No. 3 until September 29 of the same year, and issue No. 4 until December 29 of the same year.

The Journal's goals are to publish recent works in the legal sciences, as well as the findings of scientific investigations conducted by scientists in the United States and other countries on national and international legal systems, legislation, and lawmaking.
The Journal's objectives are to:
- help scientists, educators, doctoral candidates, and undergraduates publish their research findings in the field of legal sciences on time;
- inform the legal community about the most recent findings of scientific work;
- provide a scientific platform for the journal to discuss and thoroughly aggregate new ideas in the international arena;
- raise the standard of scientific articles published in the nation by the methodical efforts of the journal's editorial board, which assigns authors in accordance with the requirements for the structure.
- adhering to scientific standards by involving eminent scientists and experts in pertinent scientific and practical domains in the article review process;
- aiding in the assimilation of Kazakhstani scientists into the global legal scientific community; - broadening the journal's reach through global databases and open electronic resources;
- improving the journal's readability for readers from other countries. - publishing an enlarged abstract of the study in English, along with a list of keywords and a duplicate list of references in Latin.
