Bulletin of Abai KazNPU. Series of Jurisprudence

The Khabarshy journal of the NAO "Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai", the series "Jurisprudence" is included in the general system of journal publications of the NAO "KazNPU named after Abai" under the general name "Khabarshy" and differentiation by subject areas within various Series. The series "Jurisprudence" was registered with the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 8, 2009 No. 10111-J.  The frequency of publication is 4 times a year. The printing circulation of the Magazine is carried out on the own basis of the NAO "KazNPU named after Abai" - in the Publishing House "Ulagat".Languages of the publication: Kazakh, Russian and English. Structurally, it consists of the following headings: General theory of law; Labor Law; Civil Law; Civil procedure; Criminal Law, criminology; Criminal procedure, international law. Each issue of the Journal is accompanied by an Editorial Column, as well as Information about the authors, the Rules for submitting manuscripts to the editorial office of the Journal are posted. For publication, each article is assigned a DOI. The volume of issues of the journal is 110 A4 pages. To ensure wide access for readers and potential authors, each issue of the journal is placed in electronic format on the website.
