The modern institution of a citizen is more connected with the issues of determining the legal status of the individual, since the category of "citizen" and the concepts derived from it refer both to the individual and to the multinational people of Kazakhstan as a whole, to relations with state power. The industry phenomenon arises and intensifies as a result of the dynamic interaction of many political and socio-cultural factors. One of these factors is the newly created socio-political institutions aimed at creating objective conditions and opportunities for the existence of a citizen as a subject of social and political life of the country.
