For the first time in Kazakhstan adopted the Concept of anti-corruption policy of the state for 2022-2026 (02.02.2022). Previously, the priorities in the field of combating corruption, crime in general were the subject of the concepts of legal policy of the RK, covering ten-year periods of development of the
country. The modern differentiated approach in this part seems to be more productive, eliminating the mixing of subjects and methods of different areas of political and legal activity of the country. Thus, the
latest Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2030, adopted on October 15, 2021, does not contain any point formulations on the issues of anticorruption policy. It provides for a general "focus" of authorized state bodies on strengthening the fight against the "shadow" economy and
cultivating a "zero tolerance" to any manifestations of wrongdoing. Everything that is directly related to the state anti-corruption policy is concentrated in an independent document - the Concept of AntiCorruption Policy. It is important that in this act, considerable attention is paid to combating corruption, acquiring new forms with the introduction in different spheres of life and activities of Kazakh society, including higher education, digital technologies.
