The study analyzes the issues of importance and activity, the right of insurance in the state.The article emphasizes the importance of insurance in society and the economy, for example, issues and solutions of insurance business in the state; state regulation of insurance activities; insurance market. The main goal is to deepen and improve our knowledge about insurance. The essence of this article is that citizens have the opportunity not to lose material values, as well as to ensure their life and health. Insurance activity, which is the beginning of potential legal relations in Kazakhstan, is still an urgent issue that needs to be considered as part of the study, including from an economic and legal point of view.
