The article emphasizes that judicial protection of human rights and freedoms and citizens is the main method of protection in the entire mechanism of guarantee. However, it is no secret that in the course of the practical activity of courts to protect the rights of citizens, many problems arise that not only reduce the effectiveness of protection, but also predetermine the trust of citizens in the judicial system. In this regard, it is necessary to consider some of the problems that actually arise when considering and resolving specific cases. This article discusses the decision, regulation in the legislation of the specifics of consideration in court of individual labor disputes on termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer in connection with the guilty actions of the employee.
