The article examinesthe problems of implementation of the institute of extradition in internationalтand national law and the ways to solve them. We consider the forms of cooperation of states in the field of extradition, as well as international agreement saimed at ensuring the inevitability of punishment of personsguilty of committinga dangerous act.
