The article deals with the problems of civil rights protection, the possibility of free and unhindered exercise of which acts as one of the current directions of the legal policy of the modern state. The author notes that ensuring the proper protection of the interests of civil law subjects recognized by society appears as a priority task of civil law regulation in general, and the existence of an effective mechanism for the protection of civil rights and legal interests is an integral condition for the formation of a genuine civil society and a rule of law state.
