The article describes the simplified (written) institute of production adopted by the Civil
Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Procedure legislation. It is a mistake to
believe that this procedural order, which has been repeatedly reformed, appeared in domestic
legislation relatively recently, since various types of simplification of the process left their mark in
history not only in the pre-revolutionary period, but also in the Soviet period in Kazakhstan. As a
result of the first systematic study, the essential features of the development and application of
fundamentally new models of simplified record keeping in civil proceedings will be highlighted.
These studies are of scientific importance, however, taking into account significant changes in
Civil Procedure legislation, as well as conceptual approaches to their development, they can be used
to analyze modern models of simplified (written) production, on which they are approved.
