The article deals with the development of the doctrine of protection of labor rights and legal
interests of subjects of labor relations and their elements, as well as the development of a
theoretically justified system of methods of protection of labor rights and legal interests within the
form of judicial protection and protection of labor rights and legal interests of subjects of labor
relations - the decision of courts, other authorized state bodies, trade unions and employees themselves
within the forms and methods of protection of labor rights and legal interests, as well as unified national
and international forms of labor, rights whose actions are carried out in the country in accordance with
the principles and norms of law contained in the developing and multilevel system.
