The article reveals the axiological potential of law as the spiritual foundation of social consolidation in the context of modern social and cultural transformations. Law is considered not only as a normative system, but also as a value phenomenon that ensures the unity of society through trust, justice and moral responsibility. Law is understood not only as a set of norms, but also as an axiological system reflecting the moral foundations of justice, trust and responsibility. The article examines the institutional, cultural and civilizational levels of the value of law, as well as their impact on the formation of spiritual unity and social stability. The article analyzes the institutional, cultural and civilizational levels of the value of law in the context of modernization of Kazakhstan. It is emphasized that the spiritual legitimization of law is a necessary condition for strengthening the rule of law, as well as the basis for the formation of a new legal culture and national identity.
