Entrepreneurship is the driving force of the economic development of society. Under the condition of a perfect market and full competition, an entrepreneur, working for himself, simultaneously benefits the whole society. To this end, the State, for its part, undertakes to regulate the relations
corresponding to the law and to protect the procedure established by law by various means, including criminal law.

In this regard, the authors try to consider the concept of illegal entrepreneurship, its types and the problem of responsibility.
