The article takes into account the specifics of antimonopoly and competition law in market
conditions, identifies key areas for improving the efficiency of their application in practice. Today, the development and protection of antimonopoly and competitive relations in some professional areas are the priorities of the state policy of economically developed countries. To support competition and
protect it, various legal instruments are used: program and other measures for the development of market competition, the prohibition of competition and the prohibition of monopolistic activities.
It should be borne in mind that antimonopoly regulation is a set of economic, administrative and legislative acts carried out by a state body in order to create conditions for the development of market competition and limit monopolistic activities.
