The article analyzes the practice of considering labor disputes. The author explores the procedural and material problems of legal regulation of individual labor disputes in modern Kazakhstan. Based on the results of the conducted research, it comes to the conclusion that the legislative establishment of certain norms is imperfect and the corresponding conclusions are indicated.
