The article presents a review based on the analysis of the provisions of the textbook "Constitutional justice and protection of human rights (Republic of Uzbekistan and Republic of Kazakhstan)" development of constitutional justice on the example of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Constitutional Court, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The role of the institute of constitutional justice in the protection of human rights and freedoms is defined.
