Digitalization has become an integral part of modern society, affecting all spheres of life, including the economy, education, healthcare and legal regulation. The Republic of Kazakhstan, striving to become one of the developed countries, is actively introducing digital technologies into its state and legal system. This article examines the main directions of state and legal development of Kazakhstan in the context of digital transformation, the legal aspects of the Kazakh model of digitalization and its impact on the development of legal institutions. The research paradigm focuses on the intensification of digitalization of legal institutions, the introduction of e-government, ensuring cybersecurity; the need to train specialists with knowledge both in the field of law and in the field of information technology; ensuring access to justice. It is concluded that the Kazakh model of digitalization not only transforms state and legal structures, but also creates new challenges and opportunities for legal institutions, requiring adaptation and innovative approaches in their development.
