Annotation. A violent coup d'état, which replaced the force of law with the law of force, the creation of a repressive apparatus that relied on organized violence and the destruction of all legal principles of society's life, is incompatible with law and legal values. From the very beginning of their criminal seizure of state power, the activities of the Bolshevik Party were clearly anti-people, anti-legal, since they were directly connected with the encroachment on the fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms recognized by the international community. The anti-legal provisions of the Soviet legislation, which were a decoration hiding the façade of the criminal party regime of the Bolsheviks, became the norm for mass repressions, the organization and conduct of which fully bear the signs of total genocide and crimes against humanity.  All legislative and other normative acts of the Soviet state on the issues of mass political repressions are anti-legal.
