The article is devoted to a very current topic related to the expansion of the institution of alimony agreement among citizens in modern legal reality.

The article examines the social relations that are developing in the field of alimony relations, and shows that the norms of the current Kazakh legislation governing alimony agreements are based on the domestic doctrine and legal positions of family and civil law, expressed in the judicial practice of recent years.

Therefore, from the point of view of modern family law and the doctrine of civil procedure, this is a study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the institution of an agreement on the payment of alimony under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
