In the context of work on the draft of a new edition of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the concept and content of property rights are defined. The features of the legal status of subjects of property rights are identified and discussed. The legal status of objects of property rights during its implementation is analyzed. Conclusions are formulated regarding the legal regulation of relations arising with the acquisition of property rights as the basis of property turnover.
