Over the years of independence, significant changes have occurred in various areas of our country. This includes regularly strengthening the state’s law enforcement agencies. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan recognizes and guarantees human rights and freedoms, which are the main values of the state. To carry out these tasks, the state, for its part, entrusts state bodies with responsibility. The scope of the topic we are considering is aimed at telling about the history of development and the current state of law enforcement agencies in our country, which are the basis for the protection of these human rights and freedoms. Currently, the activities of these bodies are regulated in detail and comprehensively by law and are carried out by specialists, comprehensively trained in various fields.
