SHARIA: ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-LEGAL ASPECTS AND PUBLIC IMPORTANCE

Abstract

The article provides a thorough review of recent scientific studies on Muslim law, focusing on the study of Sharia and its application to the legal and social domains, particularly in relation to the fight against crime. The research aims to provide a thorough knowledge of sharia as a social instrument that impacts daily life and interpersonal relationships in the nations where it is practiced, in addition to being a religious and legal issue. The essay looks at the evolution of Sharia law and how it was adapted to contemporary society. Analysis of how sharia impacts political institutions, social norms, and legal frameworks in different Muslim nations is given special consideration. The authors examine the ways in which Sharia principles are translated into laws and social norms and evaluate how they influence social fairness and protect human rights. The article also examines the difficulties and inconsistencies that arise from applying sharia, particularly in light of globalization and cross-cultural interactions. Different perspectives and understandings of Sharia in Muslim and non-Muslim societies are taken into account, highlighting the complexity and range of its effects on social dynamics. The article concludes with thoughts on the future of sharia in light of international legal and social developments, attempting to strike a balance between historical customs and contemporary issues. The purpose of this study is to further our understanding of Sharia, its function, and its context in the modern world.
