The Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 on the issues of improving the quality of legal education and strengthening the connection of the legal profession with the national legislation outlines the following priority: improvement of the educational programme of higher legal education. The process of improvement of educational programmes in relation to any direction of prepared specialists is not limited. In a dynamically changing reality, this process is continuous and constant. The problem is the peculiarities of the legal profession. It is practically impossible to master and assimilate the huge domestic legislative array in the academic strict framework of the bachelor's degree and credit system. The legislative array tends to constantly increase and expand. And it is irrational to improve educational programmes only by reducing the time for studying legal disciplines or abandoning some disciplines in favour of new ones.
The authors propose a different approach to solving problems in the field of legal education, which are becoming more and more acute over the years.
