The article is devoted to the characterization of the modernization of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the course of the constitutional reform of 2017-2023. The article analyzes its purpose and priority areas, features of the constitutional reform. It substantiates that a qualitatively new stage in the implementation of constitutional reforms is characterized by a comprehensive modernization and transformation of the political and state-legal systems of the country.
